Arts Day 2005 Featuring student's creative presentations of "Expressing
Through Art".
Mary introduced children to Music and Theater encouraging
participation through music, movement and improvisational skills. Mary
was very impressed with the show of talent and enthusiasm. She also
thanks all those student, who so graciously sent thank you notes.
Fran introduced students to the art of Oil painting and shared with
them artist's secrets of inspiration. She encouraged the children to
create projects based upon their own thoughts, feelings and
interests. Fran enjoyed watching the children develop and organize the
steps required to create their beautiful pieces of art work. She also
expressed her appreciation for the warm reception and attention she was
shown by all the students and teachers she spoke with.
